How To Schedule A Post
To schedule a post, simply enter your message, link (optional), platforms, and media files in the post form. After reviewing the post details the last step is to choose a datetime of the post and click the ‘Schedule Post’ button.

How To Schedule Instagram Posts
Use Ella Interactive to schedule your Instagram posts. Choose the date and time of the post and click “Schedule Post”. At the scheduled datetime, you will receive a text message that contains the post text and image. All that’s left is posting the content on the Instagram app!
Who receives the text message for the scheduled Instagram post?
The user who schedules the post will receive a text message that contains the post content to the phone number associated to their personal Ella Interactive account. This is the phone number used upon creating the account.
Google Business Profile Post Didn’t Publish?
This is caused by an expired authentication code between Ella and the Google API. When this occurs, simply re-authenticate your account with Google and begin publishing your posts!
All Posts
How To View All Social Posts
To view all of the account’s social posts, simply click on the “Back To All Posts” button in the top-right of the Post Scheduler page. You will be redirected to a page that contains all of your social media posts and allows you to edit or delete social posts.
